Please understand that for sanitary reasons, to avoid cross-infection and for you and your pet's safety, all products are final sale and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. The only exception is if there is a manufacturer defect.
Gift cards purchased are also non-refundable.
Damages & Defects
We do want you and your pet to enjoy these products as much as we do so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take a look at the issue and make it right!
You have five (5) days after the day your tracking has been marked delivered to notify us of any defects, damages and wrong orders. In this case, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us, attaching photos of the damage or issue, at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you ASAP. A member of our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
